Try deleting it this way.  Go to the K-1 interview section here
Federal > Wages & Income
Choose  I'll choose what I work on
Then scroll way down to Business Investment and Estate/Trust Income
Schedule K-1 - Click the Start or Update button

If the first screen says "Do you want to review Schedule K-1?". You have to answer yes and then click Update by  the Schedule K-1 type (LLC, S corp, trust). The next screen is the Summary screen listing all of the K-1 entered for that type of entity.  You can review, edit or delete it there.

Since you are in the CD Download version of TurboTax, you can also delete the K-1 in Forms Mode, using these steps:

  1. Go into Forms Mode by clicking the Forms icon in the top right of the blue bar.  In the Forms in My Return list on the left, click on the K-1 you wish to open and delete.  It will open on the screen to the right.
  2. Click on the Delete Form box at the bottom of the screen.
  3. To return to the interview, click on the Step-By-Step icon in the top right of the blue bar.
