What exactly are you trying to enter? If you enter information that requires Schedule 1, then the software will include the schedule.

It depends, what kind of income are you trying to enter? Here is all the income that goes to Schedule 1 and each is entered in a different place. And that list is only the added income - there is another list of subtracted income adjustments on Schedule 1.
