I need to know how do I enter my lawsuit
The settlement agreement covers users who used TurboTax in 2016, 2017 or 2018. If you are one of the affected users you will receive about $30 for each of those years in which your income was $34,000 or less and in which you started in the Free Edition and were upgraded to a paid version of the software.
"Covered Consumer" means any individual, or individuals if a joint return was filed, who in Tax Years 2016, 2017, or 2018 was (1) eligible to use an Intuit IRS Free File Product; (2) began his or her tax returns using a TurboTax Free Edition Product; (3) was informed that he or she was ineligible to use a TurboTax Free Edition Product; (4) subsequently paid to use a TurboTax Paid Product, and (5) had not used the Intuit IRS Free File Product in a previous tax year.
You do not have to “sign up” or get on a list. The payments will be sent out automatically to the affected users. We do not know yet how soon the payments will be sent.

How do I get involved in the class action lawsuit against terrible tax indeed they Ripped me off for years
There is no current class action lawsuit. This thread is about the settlement between Intuit and the attorneys general of the states that was signed on May 4, 2022. The settlement is not a class action.
The settlement applies to a very specific set of circumstances. If you are a "Covered Consumer" as defined in the settlement, you will automatically be sent a notice and a payment. You do not have to do anything to be included, and there is nothing that you can do. If you are not a Covered Consumer there is no way to become one, because it depends on things you did several years ago. Scroll up a few posts in this thread to see the definition of "Covered Consumer."
It will be several months before the notices begin to be sent out.

@Yellowrows54 There is no "class action lawsuit" for you to enter.

How do I enter the class action lawsuits
There is no class action lawsuit. There is a settlement agreement that affects certain users, and you do not"enter" it.

@rcchatonda - Read the earlier posts in this thread. There is no class action lawsuit. There is a settlement between Intuit and the attorneys general of the states that was signed on May 4, 2022. Under the terms of the settlement, there is nothing you can do to sign up for it. If you are a "Covered Consumer" you will automatically receive a notice and payment. Here is the definition of "Covered Consumer" from the settlement agreement.

I should be eligable for all 3 years if not more. Y'all have messed my taxes up the last year causing a delay and being rejected 4 times because of y'alls software. I'll be waiting for my money, but it's just a mere drop in the bucket compared to what ya'll made. Thank You, Patricia Stewart

@trish_201 There are no more years. The settlement covers only tax years 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Turbo TAx is still ripping off filers.
Then why are you continuing to use the TT program ... find another alternative (although they are basically all the same).
Or go to the IRS Free File programs
