How do i delete business info if I am only an Independent contractor ?

Im an independent contractor for a automotive shop and its asking for all the info about the business I work for stating that it is my own business?

Yes you have your own business when you are a independent contractor .   You use your own name and address.  You don't have to have an official business set up.  You and the business are one and the same.  YOU are the business.

ps.....being Freelance or independent contractor, outside consultant, sub-contractor, sole proprietor, self employed, etc. are all the same thing.  You need to fill out schedule C for self employment business income.  You are considered to have your own business for it.  YOU are the business.
