How can I submit form 941?

I am a new corporation and need to submit my quarterly form but I am having difficulty doing so.

The 941 is a Payroll reporting and it is not done thru the TT system. You can use the IRS fill in forms to print and mail in ... and don't forget whatever forms are needed by your state.
