What form is the error referring to? Can you be more specific as to what your question is please?

The form is the review of my business. it asks me to edit and i have no edits and then it brings the form up again asking again for me to edit. I think the problem is with the question did I start or stop the business in 2019. I started the business many years ago and I did not stop it at the end of 2019. so I answered that I did not start or stop the business in 2019. How should I edit this page. All the other information is correct. What should I do so that I can move on and complete my taxes?
