Hi!
I'm trying to fill out my Form 1099-R. The drop down for box 15 is missing the state of Nevada.

What is the 1099-R reporting? (there are several)
Form1099-R reporting IRA distributions has a Box 15 that you type into.
Form W-2 has a box 15 with a drop-down, but Nevada has no state income tax, so Box 15 on a W-2 should not have NV listed.
I have the same problem. It's a 1099 R, box 15 is supposed to be Nevada. It won't let me type in the state, there is a drop down that does not include Nevada.
Since Nevada does not have a state income tax, you should leave that entry blank.
