TurboTax has a Business Edition which supports Partnerships, C Corp, S Corp, Multi-member LLC's, Estates and Trusts.

The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.  The Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.  Go to this website for the Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

However, if you are referring to a self-employed business for a sole proprietor/independent contractor or single member LLC that has not incorporated, then those income and expenses would be entered on a Schedule C which is included with a personal tax return, Form 1040.  All the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions support a Schedule C.
