TurboTax has a Business Edition which supports Partnerships, C Corp, S Corp, Multi-member LLC's, Estates and Trusts.

However, if you are referring to a self-employed business for a sole proprietor/independent contractor or single member LLC that has not incorporated, then those income and expenses would be entered on a Schedule C which is included with a personal tax return, Form 1040.
