No one at TurboTax knows if you received a third stimulus check.   Check your own bank records to see if you got $1400 per person last year.   The IRS will send you letter 6475 if you go the third stimulus.  Or you can check your account online:

You should receive or have received an IRS letter 6475.  That letter will show the amount of your third round stimulus payment (1400 per person). 

If you normally have your tax refunds direct deposit, you can also check your bank statements looking for IRS deposits.  

Finally, you can use this portal to check your IRS account.  

If you did not get the third round stimulus payment, then any missing amount will be added to your tax return as a Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 of your form 1040.
