Schedule B is used to report interest and dividend income that would be reported on Form 1099-INT or 1099-DIV.

Where are you stuck?  You only get a Schedule B if either your interest or dividends is over $1,500.  If you imported any 1099 forms try deleting them and enter them again Manually.
