I just completed my return, and when I printed my hard copies, my California FTB 568 Payment coupon and the Limited Liability Company (LLC) Income Worksheet were missing from my return. I am concerned that the return that I submitted electronically may not have been correct. If the return is correct, where can I find the 568 Coupon to submit with my return.

It's possible your PDF didn't include the California forms, or that Form CA-568 was missed. You can check this by going back into your return and reprinting the forms you need.

I am having this same issue with the 2025 forms. I cannot print pages 4-6 of the 568 Form. I have tried every which way, but it will not save it to the full PDF, will not print directly from forms. I can see it in forms, but it refuses to do anything else.
To confirm: If you print the entire California return to PDF, it includes pages 1 through 3 only even though you can see pages 4 through 6 in Forms mode? What version of TurboTax Desktop are you using?
When you select Print, do you also see a message about the California return containing non-final forms which are not available?

I am only trying to print the full Form 568. I can only save or print pages/sides 1-3 and 7. 4-6 only show in forms. It does not matter if I try to save the entire Federal/CA combination, or just CA, or just the specific forms. 4-6 never save as a PDF, and/or never appear as an option to print directly even when selected in the list. But yes, I can see all the pages in the forms section.
There is no warning about non-final forms. I am not using any other states

Your system refuses to let me put a token number in this message. It keeps removing it saying I'm trying to add a phone number. I've even spaced it and it still removes it.
Another user was able to submit a file this morning successfully by entering a space between each numeral. However, I just added a Form 568 to a test return I have on my Mac.
The way TurboTax is arranging the form, there is a Page 1-2 section treated as one form, and a Page 3-5 section treated as a separate form (If you have a Single Member LLC, "Side 6" is not applicable).
The only way I could create a print of California at this time is to select a Preview of the entire California return. TurboTax then creates a PDF of the whole state return (with a Federal copy following it).
The package I printed contained Sides 1 2, 3, and 7. All were printed with the watermark FORM NOT FINAL DO NOT FILE.
I am reporting this issue to management to see if we have a projected ready date for the form and regarding the issue with certain pages not printing.
Yes, those are the only pages I can get. 1-3 and 7. Which doesn't make sense, since as you said they are treated as different sections. Mine did not have a watermark and I was able to print them out just fine of the pages it gave me. But yes, I do need pages 4 & 5.
I do hope they are able to rectify this quickly as we are required to send these in by April 15 as well.
This still is not fixed as of right now. I cannot submit my forms to the state because of this. Please provide an update. It will still only print Pages 1-3 and 7. I can see sides 4 & 5 in the forms section (with numbers filled in), but they will not print or save to download at all.
I just tested this again on my Mac. I printed an entire California test return with forms and worksheets to PDF.
The LLC Tax Voucher, CA Form 3522, and the Form 568, do now appear in the PDF package right after the file by mail instructions and before the 540. The Form 568 just has Sides 1, 2, 3 and 7, but they no longer display a watermark.
Do you have a Single-Member LLC? In that case, a single-member LLC (SMLLC) in California is generally considered a disregarded entity but is still required to file Form 568. For a standard, disregarded SMLLC owned by an individual, you typically do not need to file the full 6-page package, as pages 4, 5, and 6 generally apply to partnerships, multi-member LLCs, or specific allocation schedules.
I am following up on the issue; however, this could be why the pages don't print even though they may have some information on them.
