TurboTaxOnline Premier 2019 - How do i get this product to allow self-employed business deductions without upgrading to TT Self Employed for an additional $120!!

Self-Employment business expenses can only be entered on a Schedule C.  Only the TurboTax Self-Employed online edition supports Schedule C for business expense entries.

Any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions can be used to enter self-employment income and expenses on a Schedule C - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Thank you, I suspected that.  I do feel cheated as I would not expect a basic Schedule C to be excluded from the Premier product.
