Business dissolved in 2020 with no income

If I am a chiropractor who stopped practicing at the end of 2019 but had expenses in 2020 until my office lease expired in March, do I still need to file a Schedule C? I formally dissolved the business through the Secretary of State in April 2020. Thank you!

Yes ... your business was still operating even though there was no income ... so file the Sch C on the 2020 return to reflect the ongoing expenses.
