Asked this before-got unhelpful answers-While inputting data into downloaded 2017 Premier-exactly how do I save my work for completion later?

Go up to File (in the upper left corner/menu bar, not the FILE tab) - save or Save As.  It will save your return as a file ending in .tax2017.  It should be in your Documents then in a Turbo Tax subfolder.
