1099-PATR Incorrect

A smart check keeps referring me to coop payments.    My business had no coop payment, I must have selected "1099-PATR" somewhere.  But I can't find it to uncheck it, I'm using TurboTax  Home & Biz desktop edition.  I don't see a search function, other than search the help menu. 

How do I undo 1099-PATR selections?

Switch to the FORMS mode ... scroll down the list of forms on the left ... highlight it so it open in the window on the right ... delete form button on the bottom of the window.
