I filed my taxes for the 2018 season on January 28th. I received my federal return at the end of February 2019. I have not yet received my New York State return. for the longest time it was saying it

You would need to contact your state department of revenue for further assistance as TurboTax does not have access to any information regarding your tax refund once it has been submitted and accepted by the IRS and state department.
