I've filed my 2018 taxes. IRS won't give my refund until I file my 2014 taxes. I have all docs, but can't seem to file through turbotax?

You will not be able to file a 2014 return using TurboTax. Software for 2014 is no longer available. You can get the forms from the IRS to prepare by hand or you could use a local paid tax pro to prepare a 2014 return for you.
