It says on the instructions to be sure to attach all forms or schedules that changed to your amended return. so just to clarify the schedules are on the 1040x so no need to send any further documents right?

You have not mentioned what you changed on your tax return. if you had to add a W-2 to report additional income, for example, then you need to attach it. What did you change?
