You may log onto IRS.GOV , click , Where's My Refund, and get your status, and you may also check your status on turbotax .
To be absolutely sure on the status of your refund, I would recommend to, in the following order:
1) Contact the Turbo Tax phone support and ask them to look into the status of your refund.
To get the correct telephone number for your particular question at the time that you call, go to https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ during the hours that support is open (see below).
•Select the platform and edition of the TurboTax product you are using. Type your question in the "Ask your question" box, then click Continue.
•On the next screen, click Call.
•Enter your contact information and click "Get Phone Number."
•The next screen will give you a telephone number to call and an incident number.
2) Navigating to the IRS website's page Where's My Refund?
3) Use the TurboTax Refund Tracker, which projects an estimated date range on when you can expect your refund, based on other TurboTax customers who have already received their refunds.
4) Contact the IRS directly mention the reference the code 1541 to them.

Haven't received refund yet
We sent in our 2015 taxes on 1-22-16 and still have not received a refund yet. We continuously check the irs website to check the status but it is always the same. It says that our returns have been received and is still being processed. It has never taken this long before. Is there anything you can do to check further? Thanks, A. Martin
