I left US in Jan 2017, so I didn't receive my W2 and other documents in that year and didn't file tax. I want to know can I do it now to get tax refund?

Now I am not in US, cannot receive documents from IRS. Can I do file tax to get my tax refund of 2017?

You can file a 2017 tax return.  You will need a US credit card with a US billing address.

Go to this TurboTax website to purchase, download and install on your personal computer one of the 2017 desktop editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

If you are due a refund, you will need to receive the refund by mail as the IRS will not deposit a refund into a foreign account.

I hope that helps.
