Verizon sent 297$ back to my old card which got stolen. I’ve received my new card but the money still isn’t up there. Please help me get my money back.

On Feb.22 I paid my Verizon phone bill but they didn’t take there money right then, Then 2 days later that card got stolen and that’s the card Verizon sent 297$ back to I’ve received my new card but still haven’t received that money. Please help me get my money back.

The money was sent back to my old card that got stolen I called n reported it. I’ve received my new card but the money isn’t on. And Verizon said they sent it back to the card I paid the phone bill with. Now I’m tryna figure out how can I get that money back
