Yes, you will get the remainder after the offset. However, per the IRS tax topic page attached, filing an Injured Spouse Form can extend your refund processing time up to 14 weeks.

The IRS Tax Topic page linked to below has more information about both Injured Spouse Form and offset processing.

Yes, you will get the remainder after the offset. However, per the IRS tax topic page attached, filing an Injured Spouse Form can extend your refund processing time up to 14 weeks.
