I am using Turbo Tax online. If I pay online when I am finished can I print out the tax document and file manually? I need to write NRA in for my wife and can't efile.

Yes, when you get to the end you will just choose print and mail my return instead of e-file and it will give take you to the end and also print out instructions along with the mailing address.
