the IRS has delayed processing returns due to issuing the stimulus payments and fewer staff due to the virus.  There really no way to check on the status of your return if it hasn't been processed. Take comfort if you e-filed and received an acceptance e-mail - the IRS has your return.  As long as you provided correct banking info it becomes the IRS's problem.  The IRS extended the payment due date to 7/15.   So I would wait 'til the end of June to see if the payment is deducted.  If not then I would contact the IRS.
