When the system updates the bars may disappear. You will need to check back for an update. Where’s My Refund? has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day

It was showing bars yesterday. but today it says that and no bars. Do I need to be concerned?

No. That happens from time to time when your return is being processed. Please continue to check for updates using the Where's My Refund? tool at the IRS website, which updates daily.
