WMR information incorrect. Please help!

Hi. I filed my refund on Feb.16 2020 efile with Turbotax MAX and got accepted on same day. When I search up my information on WMR It worked fine and says processing etc. Now its March 14, 2020 and it keeps saying "Information incorrect" when I input my information. What do I do!?! Please help.

If you cannot locate your return using the Where's My Refund website, you can click here to contact the IRS directly to ask about an update on your return.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
