Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Other Tax Situations
Under Other Return Info
On Presidential campaign fund, click the start or update button

Thank you for your help! I don't understand how the boxes got checked on the tax form. I had no intention of donating to the Presidential election fund and don't think I agreed to donate.
