Why is refund amount diffent on the amend screen?

Usually, when you start an amended return the refund shown is $0 and then changes when you make changes to your return. But because of the law changes with the unemployment it starts already with a different amount.

Please see IRS to recalculate taxes on unemployment benefits; refunds to start in May for additional information.
