Will the IRS correct Recovery Rebate calculations if I entered it wrong? I accidentally entered the full amount instead of 2200. Now my refund is under review.

Does anyone know how long this will take?

Yes, the IRS will make any necessary corrections to your tax return before issuing your refund. There is no way to know how long this will take.

Thank you for the response. Yesterday I was able to get in touch with a IRS agent. Looks like it will take 4 days to correct the simple problem. As of now, I am hitting 5 days without a change. Do you know if the errors department is behind?

No, we don't know exactly how long it will take or the workload for this resolution at the IRS. If you don't see an error after several days you may want to reach back out to the IRS.
