In order to deliver money as quickly as possible to those who need it, the IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose to receive their refund via direct deposit into their checking account. These taxpayers will automatically have their stimulus payment deposited into the account they received their refund.
We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards. However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018. If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2019 or 2018, here is what you need to know:

I just recieved my 1200 on my turbo card at @ 603 Central time
I had fee for turbo tax taken out of my refund, I too was expecting to receive my stimulus payment on my turbo card, the IRS website just put up a tool to check your payments, I entered my info and it said "you qualify for a stimulus payment but we didn't have enough info to send you a payment" my guess is since I didn't pay my fee's up front for turbo tax they can't put my stimulus payment on my turbo card, I was able to put in my checking account information on the IRS website but it didn't give me any info at all as to when to expect my stimulus money. hope this helps anyone who reads this
Turbo Tax Screwed Everyone I Highly Doubt You Got Your Stinulus On Your Turbo Card Cause I Just Used The Get My Payment Tool On The IRS Website Amd It Said It Didnt Have A Good Bank Account For Me Even Though I I See The Turbo Tax Routing And Account number On My 1040 I Had To Enter Another Bank Account On The Get My Payment Tool!!
I'm so confused I used TurboTax on April 5 and got a text saying my refund was approved the next day and I today I checked on the IRS tool to see about my payment and it says no info for me;( smh this isn't right at all what is wrong?
Checked the status of my payment with IRS tool and it says it was sent to my bank. It shows the last 4 of account number....but it is not my account number. Double checked my tax return and it is not the same. I don’t know where they got this account number and I cannot get in touch with anyone to find out why or how to fix it.
I just checked the new "my payment" tool and can confirm that the money is in fact being sent to the turbo cards. 😊
I just used the payment tool and they had no bank account listed for me even though it is on my 1040 and where I got my refund. So I just updated it to my checking account. The tool is out there and you can check what bank account it has (if any). WONT use the turbo tax card again!
This is what mine says but I can clearly see my routing and account information. Now the system has locked me out.
IRS site said they already sent stimulus and it was rejected due to incorrect dd #....when they filed my taxes they used there account to get there fees.....just change # to your card on irs get my payment and all is well.....it'll come on the turbo card you hold soon.....
This is what it said when I put the routing info to my turbo card
