Why won't Turbo let me have paper copies of my 2020 federal and state income taxes? Only worksheets come from printer?

I tried printing paper copies of my 2020 federal and state tax forms and only worksheets come out. What is the problem?

I’m trying to e file but it keeps saying i can’t put my spouses name on the Alabama information worksheet. It says I have to put it on the federal information worksheet.
