Why want it let me check my refund status

It want let me check my refund status it is saying they dont have any information at this time . but both my federal and state are accepted?

Double-check that your efiled returns were indeed accepted.  If you used Online TurboTax, log in and go to the Tax Home and check the efile status.

Here are some tips when using the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool:

https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

• Be sure you have waited at least 24 hours after acceptance before using the IRS WMR tool.
• Be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status.
• Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount.   Do not include any state refund or any total refund (Fed and State) that TurboTax may have provided on a screen.   Also be sure you are using the Federal amount before any TurboTax fees are taken out (if you chose that option.)
• Look at your actual Federal return to get the Federal refund amount, i.e., your Form 1040, Line 35a.

• You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline.  I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't.  800-829-1954

Also be aware that the IRS "Where's My Refund" system is not available every Monday from 12:00 am (Midnight) to 3:00 am Eastern Time.     Since this is a Monday morning, wait and try again during the day.

Mine were accepted on 2/11/2021 I have been checking mine ever since with no problem now after the update its stating my information is incorrect whats going on?

Hello mines are doing the same thing after update saying the information is not correct or the amount is wrong don’t have a clue of what’s going on at all

I try to go through the IRS website and I know am putting my info in correctly. Yet it is telling they can't tell me any information about it my refund. That don't make sense cause than I got on my intuit account and it says its accepted and gives me my amount. I just don't understand I don't know what I should do  can anyone help me?

Thanks for the info. I have checked it out and I am hoping that its just a system error on the irs side cause of the confusion and backups of covid. I will keep praying and give it a little more time. I'm just worried seeing everyone I know getting their refunds already.

I'm getting thie same message.  It looks like the ones that tubo tax says that was accepted on 11 Feb 2021 by IRS are not showing up in IRS system.

To check status of your tax return:

1. Use the IRS Where's My Refund tool.  Where's My Refund?
2. Calling the IRS at 1-800-829-1040
3. Viewing your IRS account information.

Have done all that but still nothing.  Turbo Tax show the following turbo recieved 26 Jan  6:20 PM, IRS Recieved 11 Feb 10:47 AM filing status changed to: accepted 11 Feb 6:32 PM  IRS website is "we cannot provide any information about your refund.

@Blairmarie Since it has been more than 3 weeks since your return was accepted by the IRS, you may be able to call them to ensure that your return is being processed: What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
