Why's my return from federal rejected

An e-file rejection just means that some things on your return don't match the IRS database. If you received an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com, it'll give you a brief explanation of your reject and how to update it. You can also sign in to your TurboTax account and select Fix my return to see your reject code and explanation. See the FAQ provided below for more information:

It's too early to get Accepted or Rejected.  The IRS won't open  filing until Feb 12.  Is Turbo Tax not letting you file?
