That seems strange - did you use a different account in 2018 than 2019 or do you possibly have a bank account on file that is used for social security benefits or other federal benefit programs?
There isn't a way to definitively determine which source the IRS is using if they have multiple sources of information for you. All we know about the payment tool is the information it provides back to you. Is it at least an account that you recognize as your own?
If not, and you do not receive the payment, wait for the IRS letter that will come in the mail after your deposit is verified (and if it cannot be verified, they will send a debit card to you instead) and then call the number provided to you on the letter.
You should receive the letter no later than 14 business days after the IRS processes a payment successfully for you.
I was the payee for my daughter's ssi but that was in 2017 and 18. Honestly I havnt filed my taxes in a long time. But why would my federal go to my account? I don't recognize the account showing on the wheres my payment tool.
