If you e-filed your return is currently just sitting on the server where it will remain until Jan. 27 when the IRS starts to accept/reject returns.

What doesn't match? Your Refund is the amount you are getting back. They don't match that to anything. Is it your AGI doesn't match?
You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7.

When did you file 2018? If it was late in the year or your efile rejects try putting in zero for the AGI
