Never using turbo tax again SBTPG has been holding my refund for more than 2 months worst experience ever.Turbo tax won’t help and SBTPG is an unprofessional scam company they never have a supervisor to talk to they hang up on you today the person that I spoke to told me I don’t care what you do and hung up on me because I said I was very unhappy with the services provided never using turbo tax again.
Lies it’s released my money in February we’re in April and I have yet to receive my money.
my refund was half of what I should have received from this TPG products. When will I get the remainder of my funds? This is not right!
Turbo Tax comes on, have you seen the number of complaints you get about TPG. Time to do something about it. TPG receive my refund on the 15th, I get an email from turbo tax yesterday saying I should receive my refund today from TPG, still nothing, and when I read your messages I'm kind of worried about it and pretty sure I'm not gonna get it before a while. It's unacceptable to hold on people's money like this.
I was happy to file with Turbo Tax this year but I will never do it again, you choose with who you partner, and I'm sure TPG give you great deals or you doing great business with them but it will be nice that we have the same treatment.
IRS DD SENT ON 4/20. TPG SAYS THEY NEVER GOT IT. Irs says they sent it and shows on where’s my refund tool deposited April 20th, called you guys and of course you don’t have nothing haven’t received it blah blah blah I paid almost $200 in fees to file like cmon seriously I’m filing a bbb complaint Monday!! I want answers the excuses and runaround isn’t gonna work for me!
TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

You need to contact SBTPG and speak with an agent when they open on Monday.
They do hold funds and refuse to answer any questions. They will not send my paper check but keep telling me to resubmit the new form since I never got the last two checks. I’ve been in limbo for over 3 months still waiting for my child tax refund. I don’t understand why turbo tax uses them when it’s nothing but complaints.
It’s going to be a month on 4/29 since my refund was sent out by the IRS and STBG still has my refund and it says it’s been funded to my bank account and I know their lying because I’ve called my bank and I know my account number is correct. So why ate they doing this to everyone who should have their refund by now. I’m out filling with TT
SBTPG has had my funds since march 3rd.. they sent 3 checks.. first one bounced and the last 2 were someone elses name with my address... company is bull **bleep**
I have a complaint with the BBB as well. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for my check
My check was issued by the IRS in February 25, (2 months ago today). TPG has yet to issue my balance. I have submitted an indemnity form and filed a complaint with the BBB. The next step will be a lawsuit for the financial hardship this irresponsible and inconsiderate act has caused. I should not have to constantly call and wait for hours on the phone to speak to someone about my money. They should be reaching out to me letting me know how they are taking care of the problem. Will not Not NOT be doing business small or large with TPG or TT again.
Going forward, you can avoid all this (and save the extra charge) by paying your TT fees upfront with a debit or credit card. And you can change your withholding so that you do not have to wait for a refund at tax time. Why give the government an interest-free loan all year?
same with me and each time I called I was told something different. Was emailed a form to fill out and get notarized and I did. Waited called and they tell me they don’t know why I was Told I would get a paper check that they are sending it back to the IRS end of NEXT month because they haven’t sent any checks back yet. WTH so they just holding them I will never use turbo tax again this is crazy
