why haven't I received that email response Turbotax asked me to look for?

Why did Turbo-tax send me a text message that says "Great news! Your federal return was accepted by the IRS. Check your email for a confirmation message". I got the same text for my govt tax return.

I have received NO email messages regarding this. Why? Thanks. Also, I couldn't find any such emails last year either. Note that for this year, I owe no taxes and will receive  no refunds. My return results are 0 both ways.
