A copy of your tax return or your Refund? I assume you mean your refund.
When did you efile? Was your return Accepted? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the State Accepted or Rejected your efile. When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?

Did you e-file your state tax return and was it accepted?
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

What is the status of the 2018 e-filed state tax return? Accepted, Rejected, Printed, Ready to Mail, Started?
If anything other than Accepted then the state tax return was not e-filed. If you did not print and mail the state tax return it was never filed.
A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the State. Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld. If the address on where to mail the state tax return is not shown on the state income tax return then see this TurboTax support FAQ for state department of revenue website where you can get mailing address information - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/help/how-do-i-contact-my-state-department-of-revenue/0...
There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.
