I have IRS and put in my information and this is what it  says 

According to information that we have on file we cannot determine your eligibility for a payment at this time.This Is what the site as been saying since last week, Can you please help us we got a email on April 11,2020 from Turbo Tax saying my taxes had been excepted by the IRS. I still haven't heard anything about my stimulus check can you please help me I am not working and I need this money.
