I don’t have my return and turbo tax bar completed

Hi , I wanted to see why haven’t I  gotten my income taxes yet . Turbo tax dated it for 03/05/2021. Also turbo tax  tax bar is full

The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax.
