Why does TurboTax show my refund complete but I haven’t received it?

Refunds take about 21 days after the IRS has accepted your E-filed tax return. Please see below for more information.

It’s been more than 21 days and have not yet received my refund deposited to my account.

When was you return Accepted?  It's 21 days from the Accepted date and the IRS didn't start accepting returns until Jan 27, 2020 so it hasn't been 21 days yet.

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

If your return shows as accepted in TurboTax, only the IRS knows the status.  Check  Where's My Refund  for the most current information regarding your return.  Unfortunately no one at TurboTax can provided any processing information for returns that have been accepted.

Hopefully, the IRS will resume normal operations soon.  Things are on hold until they do.    @njacks9
