Why does TurboTax let you apply for the refund advance even when it's expired and no longer available? I filed through turbo hoping to recieve the advance but was denied

The offer was available until February 15th.  When did you complete your filing?  Please post your answer here in the thread for further assistance.

Hi Heather thanks for the response. To answer your question I filed my taxes on the 5th of February this year. I was denied the refund advance on the 5th. Two days ago I recieved an email from their bank stating that I was denied the loan because the program was expired and no longer available.

Usually they have the advance available UNTIL 2/15  OR until   the funds for the program have been depleted which ever comes first  ... so you may have applied but by the time your return was filed and accepted the funds had been depleted even though the end date had not happened yet.

I applied for the loan during filing my return and return was accepted within minutes after filing.
