Did you efile or mail it? Maybe you are in the wrong account? If you mailed it then Turbo Tax is not updated for that. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. If you efiled it should say Accepted or Rejected.

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
It's common to end up with multiple online accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

I efiled. And I only have one TurboTax account.
Did you double check if it was Accepted? Did you get the emails?
Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

It doesn’t say accepted it just says started. But when I submitted the federal, I get a copy of my federal return.
Did you use the link above to see if it was Accepted? Sounds like you didn't finish filing it. You only have today to efile. Try Efiling again.
Click on Add a State to let you back into your return.
From Tax Home (the first screen you see after you sign in), scroll down to Your tax returns & documents. You may have to select Show to open the drop down.
Select 2021, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this is just the workaround). Go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange button to submit it.
If it thinks you mailed it you can try to switch to efile
