Why did the California Franchise Tax Board send me a letter stating that they didn't receive my 2017 return?

Well did YOU send it and was it accepted ?   Did you get the acceptance/rejection email ?   Log in and check ... open the 2017 option on the home page and look ... what is the filing status for the state ?
