Why are my tax not filed with irs yet ?

Hello am having an issue finding updates with my filing taxes for 2024 i filed them on april 14 ,2025 and till this day i do not have any updates on or refunds how can this be taking too long

Where do I enter the payment we made in April? We filed for an extension and made a payment in April. We are now using TurboTax to begin to process our 2024 filing.
