How long does it take to receive tax's if mailed

Are you asking how long it takes to get a Federal tax refund after mailing a paper return?

It most likely has not been enough time for a Federal refund.  For a paper mailed return, it can take approximately 6 weeks to get a Federal refund.

After 4 weeks from mailing, it should show up in this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.  Do you see any evidence of it there yet at this link:

i just want to make sure you know that TurboTax does not mail any returns for you.  YOU are the one who had to print, sign, and mail it.    So from your sentence, it's not clear who the "you" is that you refer to.  So, hopefully, you did mail it.

Four weeks is how long the IRS specifies on it's website.  You'll see that notice there when you go to the "Where's My Refund" tool and scroll down about half page.  That doesn't necessarily mean it will take that long.   It's unpredictable exactly what day it will show up.
