It can take 21 days for the IRS to issue your refund from the time your return was Accepted. Please see the Help Article here for further assistance.
My Income Tax was filed on On Feb.13. Turbo Tax said was rejected by Federal and the State, but Turbo Tax said: They will fix. Can I send them again by mail to IRS and the State of New Jersey?

More information is needed. If your original efiled returns were rejected, and if you didn't fix and resubmit them, then they haven't been filed. You said "TurboTax said: They will fix." I'm not sure what's that referring to. You would have had to make the corrections and resubmit; TurboTax does not do it on its own.
First do this: When you log into your Online TurboTax, what status is currently showing at the Tax Home? Do the Federal and state returns both say "rejected" there? If so, is there a FIX IT button?
Why are you unable to efile the returns? Why did they reject? What is the rejection error code that you are getting?
NOTE: The state return automatically rejects if the Federal return rejects.
i got frozen in the kredit karma space i did not choose to begin with.. i cant find my return to finslize it
If you are filing with TurboTax online, please do these steps:
i mailed my return in back in feb checked on it often. The last message that was displayed from irs said my return was being processed. That went on for a very long time. Like several months. So I quit checking on it and decided to look at it and now it is asking me the date and how it was sent in. WHY
Only the IRS controls when and if a tax refund is Approved and Sent.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don’t enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries.
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
