How do I see if my second stimulus is pending in my direct deposit

The IRS tool is not functional yet and I don't think anything has been issued yet   ...so all you can do is check your bank account.

the IRS payment tool is expected to be operational later this week.

I read that some people will see the stimulus payment via direct deposit as quickly as tomorrow.  

This is all going to occur very quickly as the IRS has to complete the task by January 15th by law.
