Im in the same boat, i was approved and did the turbotax debit, AND federal was accepted ...... so where is my advance ????? Starting to think this is a scam and Ive been with turbo tax for over 9 yrs

I feel like this a scam too. Now I face all these fees associated  with  this card and terrible  service . I'll never use any intuit product  in my business  or personal

It is a scam I got a date from the irs and still no advance. TurboTax  just tell you  what  ever to overcharge and push bad products

If you were approved for the Refund Advance and the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you'll get your Refund Advance typically within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed tax return. When your Refund Advance funds are ready you'll receive an email with a virtual Turbo Visa Debit Card that you can use to make purchases online.
